Zachery Rogers, Executive Chef
Zac earned an associate degree in the Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta. Upon graduating with honors, he moved to Chicago to cook for the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond award-winning hotel property. During Zac’s eight years working for the Four Seasons, he worked in the property’s banquet kitchen, main kitchen, and garde manger kitchen. He began as a culinary-school extern and left the hotel as a sous chef. Zac helped the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, Seasons, earn its first-ever Michelin Star. In May of 2016 Zac joined Dave Miller’s catering operation, Chef By Request, and soon after evolved to be the Executive Chef of Elements at Water Street.
Stephanie Molfese, Sous Chef
Stephanie learned the importance of cooking at a young age while watching her Nonna and Mom in the kitchen preparing meals to bring the family together. She attended Culinary School at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and upon graduation she started her career at Walt Disney World. Stephanie has since worked her way up the kitchen ranks as a cook at the Waldorf Astoria to the Garde Manger lead at Swissotel, leading her here as the Sous Chef of Elements at Water Street. Stephanie has a great passion for travel, as she feels it is a far better educator than the pages of a text book. For her, it’s about making connections and having experiences that she could never put a price tag on.
